Inventory of Leadership
Styles- How can a
manager's style create a positive impact on performance,
productivity and profits? Research indicates that by using the most
effective style for a particular situation or climate, a manager can
improve employee morale and performance. Effective leaders use
a repertoire of styles to create positive work climate
in the areas they manage.

Organizational
Climate Survey - One of the most significant strengths of an effective
leader is his ability to create a positive work climate. In an
outstanding organizational climate people are energized to do their
best work, free of unnecessary distractions. This survey measures
the climate as experienced in work groups.
Personal Values Questionnaire
- Based on the research of David C.
mcclellan, the PVQ measures the degree to which a person values
Achievement, Affiliation and Power - the three social motives that
drive human behavior. Awareness and understanding of personal values
is essential, because what a person values is a good predictor of
where he/she chooses to invest his/her energies.
Resilience Factor Inventory - Resilience is
the ability to bounce back quickly in the face of adversity -
something we are all sure to encounter in today’s workplace.
Studies show that resilient people try harder when things get tough
and are more likely to work through the problem successfully.
Now – anyone can be taught (including yourself) to be more
resilient.
Resilience is measurable, trainable and
changeable!
Resilience is the ability to bounce back from
adversity. Today's world provides plenty of adversity. We must cope
with complexities and pressures such as have never been seen before.
Our success depends on our ability to manage endless tasks,
responsibilities and rapid change in all aspects of our lives. We
all know that bad things happen. And when an adversity comes our
way, it's like a kick in the gut. It knocks the wind out of us. The
sooner we can bounce back from the adversity, the better off we will
be. In fact, our careers and our relationships depend on
it. The good news is that the skills that make up
resilience can be learned and
unproductive habits can be un-learned. Research has
demonstrated the effectiveness of resilience training.
Dr.
Martin Seligman has been a pioneer in understanding resilience and putting it
to the test in America's workplace, homes and
schools.
Resilience Assessment
and Coaching is useful in any setting that requires
achievement, an optimistic mood, physical health or leadership.
Yes, that just about covers all aspects of life. Call us

Emotional Competence Inventory
(ECI): EI
has been proven to
be more important than IQ in regards
to success in the workplace. The result is a collaboration
between expert Daniel Goleman PhD and the HayGroup. They teamed
up to create ECI - the assessment and development tool of
unmatched precision and authenticity.
Is IQ the best measure of intelligence? No. Daniel Goleman
PhD asserts that our traditional view of intelligence is far too
limited. He attributes success to the ability to understand
and manage emotions. He defines Emotional Intelligence as:
* knowing
yourself *
managing yourself
* recognizing other's
emotions *
managing other's
emotions
"The ECI
is the only instrument that incorporates the full depth of my
research and that of my colleagues. Other instruments use the words
"Emotional Intelligence" but the ECI is the genuine
article"
Daniel
Goleman, Ph.D. - author of Emotional
Intelligence & Primal
Leadership.
