 Founder - Roberta A. Raymond, CLU,
ChFC
A Nebraska native and the oldest of seven
children, Bobbie grew up with both challenges and
opportunities. She has always understood the meaning of hard
work, team work and perseverance. Bobbie attended college
in Illinois where she earned her B.S. degree from
Bradley University and MBA from Illinois State
University.
With
over her twenty plus years of professional development
experience, Bobbie held positions of increasing responsibility
at State Farm, ( Corporate Agency Training, Public Affairs, Agent,
Agency Field Consultant) General Electric, (GEFA - Regional Training
Director, Area Manager- Central Florida ) and New England
Financial (Area Manager and Agency Trainer) before beginning
her own company. She has been an accredited sales trainer
(Wilson International, Kenexa) for over a decade,
a successful business coach, and a business owner.
After living throughout Central and Southern U.S.,
Bobbie has called central Florida her home for over 5
years. She continues to travel as needed to serve the
needs of her clients.
To better meet the assessment needs of her
clients, Bobbie choose
to align with the
HayGroup, a premier international
consulting and development organization. She earned accreditations in
the following areas:

Early in her career with State
Farm, Bobbie earned her Chartered Life
Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
designations. For that reason, as well as her vast
experience coaching and training financial
service professionals, others continue to seek her out to
coach them to help them move to the next
level.
She continues to participate in
other professional development forums and workshops to expand her
knowledge base for the benefit of her clients and remains active in
leadership roles in several professional
organization. This unique blend of expertise allows Bobbie and
her associates to customize solutions solely based on the needs of
her clients; focusing on RESULTS and the bottom line.
